Healing is an ongoing process, growth takes time and effort, and yet doing things differently and having lasting change is possible. Life experience and my therapeutic process have taught me that compassion, validation, and the willingness to meet people where they are, are a great combination for change in therapy. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I promise to do my best to provide this and guide you in your healing path. I strive to work with you in a non-judgemental manner and to provide a haven where you can learn to express emotion safely and securely. It might be rocky and get difficult at times but together we can reach your goals. We can find a way to make it to a place where you feel empowered to embrace all the parts that makeup who you are, even the ones that are not your favorite.
