Hola, soy Nayeli.
If you’re exhausted from carrying it all—being strong for everyone, managing the invisible wounds no one sees, or struggling to keep your relationship afloat—I want you to know you’re not alone.
I’m a bilingual Latina therapist based in Goodyear, AZ, and I specialize in helping first-gen Latinx individuals and couples who are tired of just surviving. Whether it’s trauma, anxiety, cultural expectations, parenting stress, or relationship conflict—I help you come home to yourself.
I bring both heart and high-level training to our work together. I’m a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, Certified in Perinatal Mental Health, and trained in EMDR, somatic trauma work, and couples therapy. But more than that, I bring presence. I help you feel safe in your body so you can finally work through the things you’ve been holding onto for years—without judgment.
My clients often say things like: “I didn’t know therapy could feel like this.”
That’s the power of working with someone who understands both the clinical and the cultural.
I offer sessions in English and Spanish, virtually and in-person, serving Goodyear, Avondale, and Litchfield Park. If you’re ready for real, lasting change—I’d be honored to guide you through it.
I also offer immigration evaluations in Arizona, providing compassionate, culturally informed Bio psychosocial assessments for hardship waivers, asylum, VAWA, and U-Visa cases.
*PRO BONO SERVICES*
I offer up to 8 pro bono therapy sessions for members of the immigrant community experiencing financial hardship. To be considered, please email a brief summary of your current situation. Priority is given to individuals without access to insurance or a stable income.
As an immigrant and formerly undocumented person myself, I bring lived experience to this work and understand how witnessing injustice and mistreatment can deeply impact your mental health.
