About

I consider myself a down to earth therapist with sharp clinical skills. My therapy is rooted in connection, decolonization practices, and informed by science in areas such as social cognitive neuroscience and neurobiology. I enjoy supporting clients that have experienced various types of trauma and are wanting to learn how to regulate their nervous system, develop coping skills, strengthen their relationships and sense of self, and, ultimately, live a happier and healthier life filled with abundance, adventure, comfort, and playfulness. I offer therapy virtually to clients that reside in Michigan, Georgia, and Florida.

Outside of my therapy office, I enjoy playing with and training my dog, Canelo. He is a mixed breed rescue and my best friend. I enjoy traveling, hiking, kayaking, taking various ceramics and pottery classes, reading, listening to podcasts, and taking myself out for coffee and pastries. The comfort of my own couch after a long day is my safe place, and while I'm afraid of heights, spiders, and confined spaces, I love a good opportunity to seek adventure.
