I am passionate about helping people improve what trauma, stress and major life changes often disrupt (e.g. self-awareness, coping skills, interpersonal relationships, and self-worth). Before starting my practice I mainly worked within nonprofit organizations, community centers, and Universities like Cal State LA and USC. I am trained in different interventions to help reduce stress and adjust to changes in life. My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive and empowering environment in which you can regain power and control over your life. You deserve to life a fulfilling life.
