About Nancy Haro-Jaquez, ASW

Hola, my name is Nancy Haro-Jaquez. I am a Mexican-American, bilingual therapist. I have over 4 years of experience working with children, teens, and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and behavioral issues stemming from family conflict, relationship issues, divorce, trauma, and other difficult circumstances. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, among other behavioral health interventions.

Using a collaborative, strength-based approach I help you reach your mental health and life goals by identifying the root cause of your symptoms. I provide you with coping skills, effective communication techniques, alternative behaviors, and mindfulness to overcome your current challenge.

Sessions are focused on your individual goals and needs. Your well-being and comfort is very important to me. I aim to provide a safe space for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. Give me a call for a free consultation!
