Hola! I’m Dr. Nancy E. Castellón, PhD, LPC, a queer, first-generation daughter of Salvadoran immigrants and the founder of Entre Cielo y Tierra, PLLC. I provide online counseling in Texas for Latinx, immigrant, and 2SLGBTQ+ clients, offering culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy in a safe, affirming space.
As a bilingual therapist, I integrate relational and narrative approaches to help you navigate life transitions, identity, relationships, and past trauma. My approach honors your culture, identity, and lived experience while supporting resilience, empowerment, and emotional well-being.
