I have a BA in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling. I have experience in addressing issues related to depression, stress, relationships, life transitions, career, anxiety, and much more. I have witnessed so many clients experience breakthroughs and positive change in their lives. I am honored to help guide you towards healing and greater life satisfaction. My approach to therapy is integrative. I utilize skills and techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Relational Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and the Gottman Method. I am also trained in EMDR to address trauma.
