About Mónica Grey, LCPC

Welcome! I’m Mónica, a Latina immigrant therapist based in Maryland. Growing up in Colombia, I witnessed the stigma surrounding mental health, which fuels my passion for creating a safe and supportive space for healing. I specialize in helping people navigate sleep issues, anxiety, PTSD, depression, ADHD, life transitions, grief, and family conflict resolution, among other challenges—recognizing how deeply interconnected mental health struggles can be. With a compassionate, strengths-based approach, I empower clients to build resilience, foster self-compassion, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Grounded in CBT and Person-Centered Therapy, my approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I blend mindfulness, deep listening, and humor to create a supportive space. Whether facing self-doubt, relationship challenges, or past trauma, I provide practical tools to help you heal, grow, and regain balance.

Therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. If you’re looking for meaningful support—one that encourages growth, self-discovery, and even moments of lightness—let’s connect. Together, we’ll navigate your challenges with clarity and confidence, helping you move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
