Hola! I’m a bilingual therapist who works with tweens, teens, and adults. Sometimes we go through periods in our lives where life feels unfair, and we get stuck in that downward spiral just waiting for the next thing to go wrong. These stressful periods in our lives cause changes in our mood and behavior. This may look like not being able to focus or complete tasks, becoming easily irritable or angry, feeling overwhelmed, worrying about even worse things happening or just depressed. Do you want to gain control back of your life and be able to enjoy yourself? Or even just become a better version of yourself? I am here to help! This is a team effort; we work together to figure out what you want to get out of therapy. I use a variety of therapy techniques to help you reach your individualized goals. I have been trained and certified in working with trauma survivors. I also work with people who suffer from depression, anxiety, or other mood disturbances. If you were waiting for a sign to engage in therapy, here it is! Therapy is the perfect place to unload and process all of those heavy feelings or things you have been through. No one will judge you here, no matter what it is you bring into the therapy session. This time is just for YOU, to work on YOU and help YOU find hope, healing, and peace.
