Mishka Clavijo Kimball, LMFT, Brainspotting Therapist

About Mishka Clavijo Kimball, LMFT, Brainspotting Therapist

I’m Mishka, a Nicaraguan-Colombian-Guatemalan Licensed MFT, Certified in Brainspotting, a somatic, body-mind approach that helps you heal from the inside out.

Are you an empath or highly sensitive person (HSP)? Are you a First-Gen Latine, dealing with the pressures of family and society and navigating challenging and oppressive systems? Do you have trouble in your relationships?

If this is you, you’ve come to the right place. My mission is to help you find emotional freedom, by going deeper within yourself, where you can access your strength, peace, and liberate yourself from what holds you back or has kept you stuck. I also want to name and acknowledge the systems that impact you and help you access the tools and resources you need.

As an Empath and First-Gen, my own journey of self-discovery and exploration has helped me create a life of emotional freedom and empowerment. This is why I am so passionate about helping others go through their own journey of healing and transformation so they can have the life they were meant to live.

My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, I offer tools from multiple disciplines, including CBT, Gestalt, Brainspotting, Somatics, Internal Family Systems & from cultural traditions.

I work with couples as well and I am trained in Gottman Method, Level 1 and currently completing level 2.

Book your free consultation and let’s talk to find out if I can be a resource for you. Mishka Clavijo Kimball, LMFT and Life Coach
