Meet Haley Zelaya and Aracely Reyes! Aracely’s focus is in assisting client recovery from trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, grief, and postpartum difficulties. She has previously worked in a variety of treatment settings and treating those with self injurious behaviors, addictions, trauma, and suicidality. Aracely is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Aracely is focused on having clients move beyond their symptoms and fully engage in life. She primarily works with adults via telehealth. Haley is bilingual in English and Spanish. She sees clients virtually and in person. She is confident in approaching cultural and social norms such as parentification, generational trauma and being first generation Latin American college student. Haley believes in mindfulness practices such as breathing exercises, thought awareness, guided imagery, and inner child healing for individuals with several social identities. She believes in providing queer affirming, neurodivergent affirming and culturally affirming care. Haley provides a safe and comforting space for individuals with neurodiversity, depressive episodes, anxiety symptoms, mood disorders, trauma, and emotional distress.
