I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting adults, especially those from BIPOC, immigrant, and first-generation college backgrounds, through life’s challenges. As a first-generation Latina, formerly DACAmented individual, and bilingual therapist, I bring a culturally attuned and trauma-informed approach that honors your unique story. Using evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based methods, I create a compassionate and collaborative space where you can build healthy boundaries, reduce stress, and foster meaningful relationships. I also help clients navigate the unique stresses and challenges that arise in today’s political climate. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and move toward healing and growth.
