Hello, Thank you for visiting me. I know preparing yourself to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with and someone you can trust is not easy. It takes a lot of courage. If you’ve gotten to this point of being ready to speak with someone new, you’re doing a great job.

I consider the therapeutic relationship as one of the most important factors for healing.  I prioritize making my clients feel at ease, safe, and understood so that you can gently unpack anything you are holding, feeling you are in good hands.

I’m a bilingual/bicultural Spanish speaking therapist with an extensive history working with diverse, multicultural populations in a social justice framework.

I come from a background of believing in Ancestral ways of healing and I also really believe in the science of the brain to support our nervous systems. I value knowing your spiritual and cultural beliefs and honoring them to support your healing process. 

I believe we are all here to heal something and there are many avenues to healing.

I offer three techniques proven to most successfully decrease depression and anxiety:

1) EMDR
2) Brainspotting
3) Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

EMDR is the most recognized effective treatment for trauma and I have been using it for over ten years to support clients with the most severest symptoms of anxiety or sadness to feel better.

I also offer Integration therapy, talk therapy, Reiki, Limpias, and mindfulness.

I have a beautiful office in Alameda and I am grateful to say, this is really the view. I also offer virtual sessions as well.
