My work is centered in supporting people through life changes influenced by struggles in love, family and other interpersonal relations, relational and generational trauma, immigration and acculturation processes, loss and grief, health/medical issues, sense of self-worth and identity, work and academic stress.
I aim to build an authentic space with you, where you can connect, explore, rethink, elaborate for change and nurture growth.
Sessions can be focused on understanding yourself better, processing difficult moments, improving expression and communication, building awareness, identifying strengths, finding new ways and changing old patterns.
My approach is sincere, deeply reflective and affirmative, through empathetic challenging.
I integrate psychodynamic, humanistic, cultural-historical and trauma-focused modalities to base care on your specific needs.
I take into consideration the many factors influencing our lives, what you’ve been through, where you’re at now and what you’d like to go towards.
As a clinician, I’ve been described as attentive, insightful, warm and humorous. I have lived and practiced in different countries, and am passionate about serving immigrant, international, BIPOC, neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ people.
Whether you are looking for a clinician with similar experiences to yours or a space to root yourself and focus on your process, I welcome you to reach and start our work together!
