I am a first generation, bilingual licensed and marriage family therapist,I with experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing various transitions, trauma, anxiety, or depression. Every day experiences can be difficult to manage on our own and I whole heartedly believe therapy can help lighten that load. Session are unique to every individual and recognizing that allows for a personalized therapy experience for every client.
