Cultural Identities

About Melanie Carrion, LCSW, CCTP

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for the unique experiences of each individual. I believe that therapy is a safe space for exploring one’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and together, we work to uncover patterns that may be limiting growth or well-being. I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic principles, tailoring each session to best suit the client’s needs.

My goal is to help clients cultivate self-awareness, build resilience, and achieve lasting change while fostering a compassionate and non-judgmental environment.

In order for therapy to be successful, I believe it is important to be very open-minded and honest. I like to empower the individuals I work with. I hope to be able to set realistic goals with you and am determined to help you accomplish them. Let us strive for growth!
