About Mayra Toscano Reveles, LMFTA, Jardín Wellness

Hola, I’m Mayra (she/her/ella), a couple and family therapist and founder of Jardín Wellness, a safe and healing space for slowing down.

I specialize in working with (adult) children of immigrant families, queer and trans folks, and neurodiverse individuals and families. Some areas of focus include cultural and racial identity exploration, trauma, family-of-origin and childhood issues, grief & loss, and life transitions.

There are various models and theories that inform my approach to therapy including systems theory, attachment, emotion focused therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy. At the root, my approach to therapy is shaped by anti-oppressive, de-colonial perspectives. It is these values that shape my collaboration with clients. At Jardín Wellness, we are partners in your healing journey.

  • Must schedule and attend a 20-minute consultation to determine qualification and discuss support needed.
