About

In this moment, you may find yourself a little confused about what is the next step to take as you are trying to better understand and cope with your feelings. It is true that in our Latino culture we do not learn much about that, about acceptance, validating and nurturing our feelings and ourselves, and that is not your fault. If you are seeking to better understand how that and maybe even some experiences in your life play a role in your life today; I’d be happy to be there to guide and support you with compassion and acceptance through your learning and growing journey. Together we will explore how your history and life experiences may be influencing how you feel right now, and work together to build on your skills towards emotional confidence & independence. This can be a scary step to take, and I completely understand that, so having someone that is not afraid to show her human side I’m sure is also very important to you, and that is something that you will definitely have with me. I value the importance of relationships as healing, and that is what I will provide. I would be delighted to work with you in English, Spanish or Spanglish!
