I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves often while appearing “okay” on the outside. Many of my clients feel lost, carry the weight of others’ expectations, or struggle to prioritize their own needs without guilt. My approach to therapy is client-centered, warm, and relational. I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, explore your emotions, and feel deeply understood. Rather than focusing on quick solutions or rigid structure, I emphasize self-compassion, emotional awareness, and building a stronger, more trusting relationship with yourself.
I especially enjoy supporting individuals who are learning to choose themselves, set healthier boundaries, and reconnect with who they are beneath anxiety, burnout, or long-standing family and cultural pressures. I believe meaningful change happens through safety, trust, and gentle exploration, not pressure.

Disfruto apoyar especialmente a quienes están aprendiendo a elegirse, establecer límites saludables y reconectar consigo mismos más allá de la ansiedad, el agotamiento o las presiones familiares y culturales.
