Navigating or anticipating significant life changes but feeling stuck and unsure how to manage? Or difficulties feeling accepted or accepting yourself? Or maybe you just need a non-judgmental space to reflect and connect. I’m here to support you—whether you’re navigating body image and self-esteem challenges, seeking social connection, adjusting to change, feeling far from home, exploring your attractions, or finding the courage to come out.
I strive to provide a safe place for clients to talk about their experiences and determine the best path forward. I adjust my approach based on each person’s needs, combining reflective exploration of your experiences with practical strategies to help you move forward, utilizing a combination of narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy techniques. If you’re ready to start your journey, reach out—I’m here to help.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, first-generation Americans, and adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem concerns, identity concerns, adjustment to big life changes, and acculturative stress. Additionally, I speak Spanish and Portuguese fluently, so I can provide therapy in either of those languages if preferred. Some Evening Appointments Available.
