About Marilu Navarro, LMFT

Is life feeling harder than it should right now?
Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in the same arguments with your partner? Maybe you’re carrying the mental load of work, relationships, parenting, or simply trying to hold everything together. You may even find yourself wondering, “Is it time to talk to someone?”

If you’re expecting a baby or adjusting to life after becoming a parent, you might be feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from your partner, or having anxious intrusive thoughts that leave you feeling scared or alone. These experiences are more common than many people realize.

I provide individual therapy for adults and couples therapy for those facing relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the ups and downs of the perinatal and postpartum journey. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Relational Therapy, CBT, and EMDR to support healing from difficult life experiences.

My goal is simple: to help you feel more connected to yourself, your partner, and the life you’re trying to build. Together, we’ll create a space where you can slow down and make sense of what’s weighing on you.
Need a bilingual therapist who speaks English & Spanish? You’re in the right place.

Let’s connect and explore how I can support your journey.
