I’m a bilingual therapist, a mother, and a human who knows what it’s like to carry invisible weight. Maybe you’re the one everyone depends on; juggling work, school, family, and a never-ending mental to-do list. You smile through the stress, but inside, you’re constantly overthinking, questioning your worth, or feeling like you’re never doing enough.
I help people who didn’t always feel seen, supported, or safe growing up; whether because of family stress, instability, or simply not having space to be themselves. That early conditioning often shows up later as anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, depression or feeling disconnected in relationships. My work is about helping you understand those patterns, connect the dots, and begin to feel safe putting yourself first.
I was born in Bolivia, and my journey as a Latina immigrant raised in Los Angeles has shaped not only how I understand the world, but how I show up for others. Growing up navigating cultural differences and challenges within my own family helped me develop a deep sense of empathy especially for those who feel caught between worlds or unseen in theirs. These experiences allow me to connect with clients from all walks of life with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
Our emotional wellness is a constant work in progress, and going through the journey alone is not easy. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking , it’s about connecting the dots on things you didn’t even realize were affecting you, and using tools like EMDR or Brainspotting to help your body finally let some of that go. Whether this is your first time seeking a therapist or you are looking for a different approach, I aim to hold our therapeutic space safe and comfortable.
I am available to schedule a free 15-20 minute initial phone or video call to further understand more about your therapy needs. Rest assure that our consult call is hassle free; I welcome you to take your time to decide whether to move forward with me after our call. I have a current waitlist for in person appointments at this time, you may message me to inquire more.
