Sometimes we don’t know what to do, what decision to take, or how to move forward because we feel paralyzed with fear. I’m here to support you on identifying and reaching your goals in a way that is personal and true to you. My goal is to be both a mirror and a guide towards your true self and the life you want to live.
I prioritize your sense of safety in therapy so that we can tackle challenges together and focus on providing you tools to manage deep and heavy emotions, navigate complicated relationships, and change patterns you feel stuck in.
As a bilingual therapist fluent in Spanish/English, I strive to help you share your needs in the language that feels best to you.
In my work in community mental health, I’ve gained experience with providing support on a variety of issues such as: depression, anxiety, family conflict, grief, trauma, immigration, neurodivergence, ADHD, gender and identity exploration/transition, and couple conflict/communication. My approach to therapy draws on components of Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to connect with your values and goals.
