I integrate evidence‑based practices with an awareness of cultural identity, intergenerational experiences, and the unique barriers many Latino communities face when seeking support. While my primary focus is adults, I also have experience helping children and adolescents navigate trauma in ways that respect family dynamics and cultural values.
