I’m a psychoanalytic psychotherapist who works with people suffering from anxiety, depression, and eating disorders who are able to receive treatment at an outpatient level of care. I’m currently a psychoanalytic candidate at the Psychoanalytic Center of California where I am receiving additional training in working with the unconscious. If you are noticing patterns and themes in your life and are unsure about why you are unable to do things differently despite wanting to, exploring your foundational experiences with your earliest attachment figures can help get to the root of the matter. Sometimes coping skills and tools are not enough, and I am here to help by providing a space where you can feel empowered to create long lasting change.
