Welcome Therapy can be deeply personal and it is important to honor the foundations of a good fit in your search for a Therapist. I am a latinX, cisgender, female identified woman. I was the first in my family to earn a college degree. As a person with a vision impairment, I can relate to the various aspects of intersecting identities. I discovered my passion and interest in human behavior and psychology early on when I was still in high school, both through supporting my peers and through my volunteering endeavors within my community in south Los Angeles, I believe that my deep curiosity for understanding my own struggles led me to explore a degree in Psychology and eventually to where I am today. I strive to continue to grow but also feel confident that my experience both personal and professional can offer you the skills, insight, and growth to help you move forward. I am certified and have experience in providing CBT, IPT, and Trauma Focused treatment methods, but my main goal is to provide you with an individualized treatment plan that meets your needs. I strive to create a safe place for culturally diverse communities including folks who identify as LGBTQ+. I am fluent in Spanish and can provide services is both both English and Spanish.
