Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re looking for someone who truly understands the intersections of identity, culture, relationships, and sexuality. My goal is to create a space where you can show up authentically, feel genuinely understood, and move toward the life and relationships you want to build.
I specialize in working with Queer couples, LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC communities, and first-generation adults navigating life’s complexities. Whether you’re working through communication challenges, relationship conflict, intimacy concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, cultural expectations, identity exploration, or major life transitions, therapy can help you gain clarity, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with yourself.
As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I have extensive experience helping couples rebuild trust after betrayal, improve communication, navigate desire differences, strengthen emotional and physical intimacy, explore consensual non-monogamy, and create relationships that feel more secure, connected, and fulfilling. I provide a sex-positive, LGBTQ+-affirming, and culturally responsive space where every part of your relationship is welcomed without shame or judgment.
For individual clients, I help people better understand long-standing patterns, heal from painful experiences, build healthier boundaries, reduce anxiety and self-criticism, and develop a stronger sense of self. Together, we’ll explore how family dynamics, culture, systemic experiences, and personal history have shaped your story while identifying practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and direct. I integrate evidence-based practices—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, attachment-focused interventions, and the Gottman Method—to tailor therapy to your unique needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
PsychoSocial Therapy is a fully virtual private practice serving clients throughout California and Florida. Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning after previous experiences, I’m committed to providing an affirming, inclusive environment where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing,” it’s about helping you reconnect with the strengths, values, relationships, and parts of yourself that have always been there. If you’re ready to invest in yourself or your relationship, I’d be honored to be part of that journey.
