Her unique journey from the vibrant culture of Puerto Rico to the diverse landscape of the U.S. has given her a deep understanding of diverse perspectives. With a specialization in Narrative Therapy from the Miracle Mile Community Practice, trained in Trauma-informed and Mindfulness-based practices, Lisette brings a holistic approach to her counseling. Drawing from her background in the performing arts and entertainment industry, she resonates deeply with creative and entrepreneurial spirits. Lisette has previously worked alongside Dr. Lydiana Garcia at Trauma and Soul Healing private practice, where she honed her skills in trauma-informed therapy.
