By combining evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness strategies, I help clients process difficult experiences, regulate emotions, and develop practical skills for managing anxiety and stress in daily life.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to make therapy accessible and convenient. New clients are welcome to a free 15-minute consultation, and one-hour sessions are $190. I accept most major insurance plans, making therapy accessible for those who need it.
