My therapeutic passion lies in helping individuals identify what “balance” and “wellness” means, looks like, and feels like to them at this current stage in their lives. Sometimes, we may need support in redefining “balance” and “wellness” as we evolve, and I prioritize being a source of support in that process. I specialize in working with anxiety, relationships & dating, exploring one’s relationship with food and one’s body, first generation students & professionals and personality disorders/traits.
I completed the Foundational DBT Training and DBT Skills for Adolescents and Families through Behavioral Tech, practicing from a DBT-informed approach. I also offer individual informed-DBT skills sessions; skills sessions primarily focus on learning the DBT skills and discussing individualized application. Alongside my work with teens, I also offer parent informed-DBT skills coaching sessions to supplement the teen’s ongoing, therapeutic growth.
While I practice from an informed-DBT approach, I believe flexibility is an essential part of the therapeutic process; I will draw from other therapeutic approaches to support your current/evolving needs, preferred learning styles and goals.
My office is based in Studio City, CA. I offer in-person sessions and virtual sessions. Please do not hesitate to reach out to schedule a 15-minute phone consultation to see if it’s a therapeutic fit.
