Hey there! My name is Leana Torrez, I am bilingual licensed mental health counselor in sunny Florida. No matter what brought you here, it is my sincere desire to help you on your journey to living a better, more self-aware, more self-compassionate, more stable, and ultimately happier life. Diversity and Inclusion are very important to me. I am a Latinx woman, and I have seen firsthand how marginalized communities have been underserved when it comes to their mental health. I have a passion for helping the BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Color) and LGBTQIA+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Queer, Intersex, Pansexual and Allies) communities and removing the stigma associated with those seeking mental health counseling. I also want to use my expertise to bring more inclusion and representation into the mental health field.
