Hello!
I work from a relational standpoint with my clients to help them work through challenges related to trauma, substance use, relationships and attachment, ADD, high sensitivity and emotional regulation. I will work to help you feel welcomed, safe and gently challenged in the space we share together. I hope we can help you feel more grounded, more connected, at ease and whole.
I am a gay, Latinx, trauma-informed, relational, and body positive therapist. I’m half Mexican and half white and I often see folks in my practice who balance their bicultural and gay identities in the context of their families and larger society.
I offer couples therapy and individual therapy. I see clients in person in Sierra Madre CA and virtually via telehealth serving all of California.
I welcome you to this space and look forward to meeting you!
