As an indigiqueer neurospicy Latine, it is essential to serve the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC community as a way to stay connected to my roots; I offer psychotherapy services in English, Portuguese and Spanish. I adapt my work to clients’ individual needs and create a safe space for clients to process their life experiences.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strength-based and revolves around building rapport and a trusting relationship by working with clients to allow them to understand their own stories. My therapy specialties range from racial inequality, systematic oppression, life transitions, coping skills, body neutrality, and self-esteem.
