About KN Therapy

KN Therapy is a group of licensed mental health professionals and associates.

We provide individual, couples, and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. We treat depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, and grief & loss to name a few. We pride ourselves in our work with children of first-generation immigrants, veterans and their families, law enforcement, the entertainment industry, the LGBTQIA community, & more. Our providers are trauma trained and are passionate about helping those who have experienced trauma regain their capacities.

The modalities practiced are psychodynamic psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing-EMDR, and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Problem Solving Therapy, and more.
