About Kiran Ruby Torres

Tired of pretending everything’s fine? Here, you don’t have to. Whether you’ve always felt a bit different, struggled to belong, or simply need a space that feels safe to open up, this is a place for you. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, helping clients explore their stories, build confidence, manage anxiety, and navigate life transitions. Sessions often mix emotional work with real connection, sometimes even a laugh because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.

I integrate EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy to support your unique needs. My work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. I honor each person’s story and am grateful to support people from all walks of life, with a focus on BIPOC communities navigating generational trauma, identity, and healing.

As a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist, I love helping clients process in their native language. Hay algo poderoso en expresarse con las palabras que más se sienten como hogar. I will walk alongside you as you work toward your goals, honoring your strengths and empowering your growth
