I am a clinical social worker based in New York City. . I believe in developing a good therapeutic relationship by creating a trusting environment. I have worked with adults, children and adolescents. I have worked with persons afflicted with addiction, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD. I am also a clinical supervisor. I am warm, empathic and self-affirming. My approach to therapy is working from a strengths based perspective. I believe it is very important to respect a clients self-determination. A person’s culture and personal beliefs must be respected before developing an effective care plan.
