Kiara Landin, MSW, LCSW is a bilingual, trauma-informed Latina therapist who works with the Latine community and bicultural individuals, especially first-generation professionals navigating the in-between spaces of culture, identity, and ambition. Many of her clients are balancing family expectations, career pressures, generational patterns, and personal growth while trying to stay connected to themselves. Kiara supports individuals through life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
She also works with couples experiencing intimacy concerns and provides sex therapy to address desire discrepancies, communication barriers, and the impact of trauma or cultural messaging on sexuality. Kiara acknowledges the systems we work, live, and play in and explores how culture, immigration, family dynamics, and societal pressures shape mental health.
Therapy with Kiara is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally responsive. She creates a space where clients can show up as they are, feel understood, and work through what’s been holding them back. She is committed to offering culturally responsive, affirming care in both English and Spanish.
