I am a relational, trauma-informed therapist who works with adults, young adults, adolescents, and children navigating depression, anxiety, identity development, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. I believe the most meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapist-client relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and collaboration. I strive to show up genuinely so individuals feel safe to do the same.
My clinical approach integrates psychodynamic and attachment-based work with CBT and strengths-based interventions, as well as other evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs. I have experience helping individuals explore how early relationships, cultural identity, and lived experiences shape the ways we understand the world and the ways we connect with others. Thus, therapy becomes a space to explore these patterns with curiosity while developing tools for self-acceptance, emotional regulation, resilience, and empowerment.
I value creativity and embodiment in the therapeutic process and often incorporate expressive, movement-based, and experiential approaches to support individuals when it feels like words are not enough or difficult to access. I work from a neurodivergent-, LGBTQ+-, and identity-affirming lens and aim to meet clients where they are, honoring each individual’s way of thinking, feeling, and engaging with the world. I am especially passionate about working with BIPOC, individuals on the asexual spectrum, adoptees, and those navigating adoption-related experiences. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to explore their intersecting identities authentically.
