Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, perinatal and reproductive mental health issues (pregnancy, post-partum, terminations), toxic religiosity/religious trauma, Latinx challenges balancing culture and families (immigration, 1st generation+), or desires to reconnect with your inner child; connecting with someone who can join you on your journey through self-discovery and assist you with gaining insight and understanding helps free you from any stress and heaviness you’re feeling. Set goals for your new path, and identify what you would like to change and overcome. I practice an eclectic approach to therapy that is flexible and attuned to your individual needs. I will accompany you in your discovery of new ways to solve problems, develop healthier behavior patterns and improve communication skills.

I am a bilingual/bicultural and L.A. native. My own experience in pregnancy and postpartum inspired me to complete the advanced perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International to specialize in supporting parents with the adjustment to parenthood and all the joys and challenges that it entails. A large part of that includes reparenting yourself and healing your own inner child! I have experience working with different populations across various areas of Los Angeles, with an emphasis on the Latinx community and POC.
