Cultural Identities

About Katherine Ramirez LMHC

Welcome! I am a bilingual licensed therapist providing virtual therapy in the state of New York. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Bilingual/Latinx Mental Health from Teachers, College, Columbia University in 2017. Since then, I have helped a diverse range of children, teens, and adults overcome anxieties and build stronger senses of selves. I founded Canela Counseling to provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed care to underrepresented communities across New York.
