Welcome! I specialize in helping women, moms, and moms to be, overcome anxiety and gain peace of mind. With almost a decade of experience in the field, I enjoy partnering with women to guide them through their worries, overthinking, and fears of not being good enough. I particularly want a create a space where new moms can be brutally honest about how hard postpartum really is—and still feel loved, supported, and reminded that they are enough.
When I became pregnant, I started to see how little true support exists for mothers, particularly Latinas. This is not just before and during birth, but in the months and years that follow. Like you, I thought that if I just pushed through, if I just handled it all on my own, I’d eventually feel better. But even after a beautiful home birth with a provider who truly listened to me, I still found myself struggling. Postpartum anxiety, depression, the weight of expectations, it all hit me in ways I wasn’t prepared for.
Here’s what I believe: No mother should have to suffer in silence.
It’s possible to heal, to feel like yourself again, to move through the weight of anxiety, grief, and self-doubt—but only when you have the right support, not just surface-level advice. My purpose is to help you untangle the guilt, the fear, and the impossible expectations that make you feel like you’re failing, so you can step into motherhood feeling whole, seen, and fully yourself again. Because postpartum isn’t something you just “get through”. It’s a rebirth, and you deserve to be cared for just as much as the life you brought into the world.
