I rely on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional regulation and coping skills, and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) to process and heal from past experiences. While also being grounded in evidence based techniques that empower clients to take meaningful steps toward change.
