My practice is focused on guiding those who have suffered trauma, endure phase of life challenges, or are battle any challenges like anxiety or depression to a state where they feel they are able to flourish. The target is sustainable recovery at a pace that feels attainable. We are LGBT+ allied and owned as well trauma informed and culturally aware.
