I’m a licensed psychotherapist and private practice clinician specializing in anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma-related conditions, and process-based behavioral therapies. My work is grounded in behavioral science approaches, with a particular focus on psychological flexibility, long-term treatment outcomes, and helping individuals develop more effective ways of responding to difficult internal experiences.
In my clinical work, I integrate approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and trauma-informed interventions. I primarily work with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, and OCD-related disorders, mood-related challenges, trauma, life transitions, and patterns of emotional and behavioral avoidance that interfere with meaningful living.
I completed a post-graduate fellowship at The Reeds Center Treatment for Anxiety, OCD, and Related Disorders, where I received advanced clinical training and supervision in the treatment of anxiety and OCD-spectrum conditions. I have also pursued specialized training through Columbia University’s Center for Prolonged Grief with Dr. Katherine Shear, the Evidence-Based Practice Institute of Seattle with Dr. Matthieu Villatte, the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), and the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.
Beyond direct clinical work, I’m interested in the broader integration of behavioral science, relational clinical practice, and long-term wellbeing. I maintain an ongoing interest in process-based therapy, human performance, and the intersection of mental and physical health. My writing has appeared in Health & Social Work, The New Social Worker, and Psychoanalytic Social Work.
