About

I have been helping people since 2018, when interned at the YWCA of Greater Austin, where I worked with many Spanish speaking clients to address trauma, regulation, routines, depression, anxiety, substance use, and relationships. I later worked at the Tennyson Center for Children providing individual intensive-outpatient therapy, family therapy, and case management and addressed crisis situations as well as play therapy and sand tray techniques. I then worked at the Aurora Mental Health Center SUD outpatient team providing individual therapy to adults with substance use disorders and comorbid disorders.

I have joined Evans Counseling group practice, I am currently accepting new clients and we accept Medicaid (COACC), United Health which includes UMR, All Savers & Oxford, Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and others through the group practice as I am getting paneled with insurances. As a Spanish speaking therapist I hope to carry some clients on my caseload at all times.
