Cultural Identities

About Jocelyne Lopez, ACMHC

I specialize in working with Latinx, Spanish-speaking children, teens, and adults navigating identity, life transitions, relationship stress, and everyday challenges. My clients are usually balancing culture, family, and personal growth, and want a space where they feel understood without having to explain themselves.
I offer a warm, affirming, culturally responsive space where you can show up authentically. Using evidence-based care such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, Seeking Safety, and motivational interviewing, I help you build insight, coping skills, and lasting change at your own pace.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re longing for a space to feel heard, supported, and understood, I’m here to walk alongside you. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out and take that first step toward healing together.
