Congratulations on taking a step in your therapeutic journey by exploring your provider options! Finding a therapist who feels right for you is an essential step toward creating a truly effective therapeutic process—one that goes hand-in-hand with your own readiness to begin.
My journey into the helping professions began as a NYC educator and then as a clinician in school settings, where I provided a safe, affirming space for queer and gender-diverse students, supported adolescents in navigating emotional regulation and trauma recovery, and helped parents with responsive parenting techniques. These experiences along with my lived experiences as a South Bronx native have shaped my deeply rooted commitment to culturally competent and affirming care—especially for those in BIPOC communities who often face systemic barriers to support.
As a therapist with ADHD, I understand firsthand the unique challenges and strengths that come with being neuro-divergent in a world that often encourages us to ‘mask.’ Many of my current clients share these experiences, and together we work toward embracing authenticity, self-acceptance, and resilience.
In my practice, I strive to create a space that feels genuine, open, and true to who you are. Whether you’re seeking to break generational patterns, manage the complexities of being neuro-divergent, or work through trauma and life transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we can explore meaningful ways to foster healing, growth, and lasting change.
