Hola! My name is Jessica Rios-Flores, and I am the founder of WomenMix, PLLC - a mental health group practice that serves women and the LGBTQ+ community. I have dedicated my practice to empowering hundreds of radiant souls to heal from trauma, unresolved wounds, and navigate their grief journey. I understand that starting or resuming therapy can feel overwhelming, which is why together we'll develop the healing tools needed to restore wellness in your life. Your full potential is already present, and I am here to help you uncover and understand it more deeply. Our therapeutic work is based on a multi-disciplinary approach that includes trauma-informed, evidence-based, mindfulness, elective/integrative, strength based and solution-focused.
