Are you carrying the weight of grief, trauma, or past wounds that feel like they never fully heal? Perhaps you’ve been strong for everyone else, but inside, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure about how to move forward. For many women and LGBTQ+ professionals, these feelings can be isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone.
I’m Jessica Rios-Flores, LCSW-R, founder of WomenMix, PLLC, a virtual group practice serving New York and Florida. My passion is helping people navigate grief, heal from trauma, and reconnect with themselves after life’s most challenging experiences.
In therapy, we’ll move at your pace. My trauma-informed, integrative approach blends mindfulness, strength-based techniques, and solution-focused strategies. Together, we’ll create a safe space where your grief and pain can be acknowledged and honored, while also building tools to help you find balance, resilience, and even moments of peace.
My clients often describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and less alone after sessions. Over time, they begin to rebuild trust in themselves and open up to the possibility of living with both healing and meaning.
You deserve care and support. Reach out today to schedule a consultation. We’ll take the first step together on your healing journey.
