Adulthood rarely looks like what we imagined – especially when no one in your family has done it quite the way you’re trying to. There’s no blueprint for this. You might be doing everything “right” on paper and still feel lost – or overwhelmed, burned out, and not sure how you got here. Wherever you are, I’ll meet you there – no judgment.
Whether you’re navigating college, post-grad uncertainty, career shifts, parenthood, or figuring out who you are – therapy is a space to slow things down and get real with yourself. No pressure to perform. Just real conversation.
I work with college students, young adults, parents, and Latine individuals figuring out who they are outside of who they’ve had to be. I take a warm, no-nonsense approach grounded in empathy and humor. As a first-gen oldest daughter of immigrants, I get it – the pressure, the guilt, the invisible labor. It’s why this work feels different.
I specialize in intergenerational trauma, family estrangement, cultural identity, parenting, anxiety, and ADHD (including late diagnosis). My background as a school social worker adds depth to my work around emotional regulation, family dynamics, and belonging. Together, we’ll build self-trust, unlearn what isn’t yours to carry, and move toward a life that feels more like you.
